All DomeShells Franchised Builders have access to the "One Stop
Dome Shop" which supplies all plant, equipment and materials
required for constructing a DomeShell and will include:
Plant and Equipment

GRC Spray Machine - Manufactured in Australia, designed specifically for application of GRC and includes a high-sheer mixer required for mixing DomeShells proprietary GRC 'Dynacrete™" formulation.
Polyurethane Spray Machine - DomeShells is finalising its evaluation of a range of brands, one of which it will recommend and will be the type of machine used in training.
Slab Formers - From 3.0m to 12.0m diameter (standard modular range) - steel framed slab-formers which are in easily handled sections, which lock together to form an accurate dimensioned slab.
Air Formers - From 3.0m to 12.0m diameter (standard modular range) - reusable PVC inflatable formers. Prices available soon.
Rigid Formers - Initially available only in the Hobbit 3.0m. Enables super fast construction without the need for an airlock. Consists of a fibreglass mould in sections, bolts together.
Airlock - Collapsible, flat panel air-lock system. Required for accessing the inside of the air former.
Inflator Fans - Several sizes/capacity for inflation of the air former.
Air Supplied Helmut - Provides continuous air supply to the face for application of polyurethane foam.
Air Filters - Used in-line air supply to the hood. |

Circular Skylights - a complete range of ventilated circular skylights
from 400mm diameter to 1.2m diameter.
Stainless Steel Fittings and Ferrules - A complete range of marine grade stainless steel ferrules and connectors
used in the fabrication of the DomeShell.
Dynacrete™ -
Dynacrete is DomeShells' proprietary polymer-modified, high-strength concrete render developed specifically for c2s3™ Technology and required under DomeShells structural certification. Available in 20kg bags.
Polyurethane Foam - 45kgm3 - 48kgm3 fire retardant, closed cell polyurethane foam.
Aluminium Window and Door Joinery - Standard
sizes for all standard modular range. - NOTE: Any kind of door/window joinery can be
installed - aluminium, timber or steel. |
Preferred Suppliers
Some of the above materials will be available from other suppliers some of which
will be specified by DomeShells.
Accessories
Fixtures
DomeShells intends to source a range of fixtures and fittings that are particularly suited to Dome buildings such as: light fittings, vanity and other cabinets, external awnings and shade structures.
GRC Bench Tops
GRC makes very attractive kitchen, bathroom and laundry bench tops. It can be cast to a mould from a template and coloured either with oxides/pigments or acid etched.
Photo Voltaic Systems
Negotiations are underway that will allow DomeShells to on-sell modular PV systems from .5 gig watt to 4 gig watt
