Multi Dome Home at Coffee Camp
Set high in the hills at Coffee Camp this three x 8.0m dome home features many unique custom design elements.
The three interconnected domes are substantially reinforced with basalt reinforcing bars.
The 8.0m domes were fabricated over an 8.0m diameter single-skin fiberglass mould.
When all the reinforcing is in place and the electrical conduits have been fitted, each dome is sprayed with concrete in a day forming a monolithic shell structure that offers the highest level of protection against all natural forces including earthquakes, cyclones, and bush fire.
