Our downloadable digital products are available for a one-time payment and include lifetime access.
We ask that you choose carefully, as we only issue refunds for digital products in exceptional circumstances. Under normal conditions, we do not refund digital products.
Physical Products
Defective Products
We will replace any defective physical product without cost to you.
If you receive a damaged product:
Take photos immediately
Send the photos to us with an explanation of the situation here
Once we have confirmed, return the product to our sender address
If we determine that the goods are faulty or damaged by others (not you), we will replace them at no cost to you.
