Geo Engineering – Human Control of The Weather

Geo engineering is NOT just a conspiracy theory. Chem-trails are also NOT a conspiracy theory because that is the means of delivering geo engineering which has been going on for some time quite extensively in some parts of the world, is something very few of us know much if anything about and has the smell of an activity that governments does want discussed or even people in government are ignorant of.

What’s going on? Who, or what group of people have the authority and funding to implement such a program?

Well, according to a report in RDmag.com the scientist at Univ. Washington know all about it and we could then assume they could be very much involved in the program

“As a range of climate change mitigation scenarios are discussed, Univ. of Washington researchers have found that the injection of sulfate particles into the atmosphere to reflect sunlight and curb the effects of global warming could pose a severe threat if not maintained indefinitely and supported by strict reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.” read more.
